The Commando Chef

We were delighted to welcome to our virtual academy on, Wednesday 27 January Sargent Mike Beaton from the Royal Marines, where we were treated to a brilliant online event.  Some of our students had some great cookery demonstrations. 

Sgt Mike discussed his career journey, with his progression from life at secondary school into the Marines.  Students also enjoyed a quiz and a talk about careers.  The whole meeting was high energy and fast paced with his trademark ‘BOOM’ thrown in.
